1. Is GEO lens reliable ?

Yes it is ! It has been the leading brand of contact lens in Korea. It is growing as a leading venture enterprise specialized in bio-engineering research and manufacturing of contact lenses. It has been recognized by several International Certificates and now it is selling hot in Korea !

2. Is GEO lens available in Malaysia ?
Unfortunately, it is not available in Malaysia now. We need to order from manufacturer from Korea in specific quantity.

3. Geo Contact Lens life span?
6 months - 1 year , depends on how individual take care of it

4. When is the production and expiry date ?
Normally is from 2009 to 2013

5. Do I need to buy two pairs if my eyes have different power range?
No, you don't. You can choose each of your eyes power range by buying only one pair.

6. Payment method ?
Maybank,Public Bank, Alliance bank, PayPal, Google Checkout

7. Delivery method ?
Pos Laju, RM8 for Peninsular Malaysia , RM10 for Sabah/Sarawak. (Additional 500gm add RM1)

Accept order from every other coutries as well , postage fee will be bear by buyers.

International Buyers:
We will quote you the shipping fees based on your quantity and destination.

International buyers can choose your own favorite carrier (FedEx, DHL,TNT,UPS), contact me for further inquiry.

9. Do I COD?
Yes, most probably at KL Sentral, Midvalley (contact me for further confirmation). This service only provide for our reseller only.

10. Are the goods exchangeable or returnable?
Sorry, once we passed the good to our customers, we are not responsible on it.

11. When can I get the lens ?

It takes approximately 3 weeks to reach , start to count from the date I placed order. We will ship your items out on next day once we receive it. We know you can't wait to get it :P

12. May I have your bank details please?
We will email your order once you submit your order at the order form. All the payment details will be listed.

13. How to choose between Pre-Order and Ready Stock?
We have 2 type of purchase option, which is Pre-Order and Ready Stock.

Type 1: Pre-Order
If the contact lens's color/power/degree you're going to order isn't in the Ready Stock List, then you have to join Pre-Order. Pre-Order takes 3-5 weeks to arrive after the Pre-Order's deadline. Once the lens arrive, we will then ship your lens out immediately and it only takes 1-3 days (Malaysia only) to reach your hand.

Type 2: Ready Stock
If you need it urgently, you can purchase from our Ready Stock List. Ready Stock means ready to be send out on next working days. You can check the Ready Stock AVAILABILITY at the right side of the website. Today you make payment, we will send it out by next working days. It takes 1-3 days (Malaysia only) to reach your hand.

14. What about if I place order for Pre-Order & Ready Stock? Ship together or separately?
yes you're allow to place order for pre-order and ready stock. Just inform us whether you want us to ship it both together or separately.

• 100% Full payment must be made within 3 workings days after confirmation order. Strictly NO cancellation order after payment done!

• Buy at your own risk. We are not responsible of any problem, infection, or any injured to your eyes. We can only guarantee that the Geo Lens we are selling are 100% authentic!

• Price exclude postage. We will email you the final amount via email.
• We do not responsible any damage cause on the lens/container/lens case during the shipment. We only send out the lens/container/lens case in good condition with well packaging.

• Due to different contrast of the monitor, some of the colors of the item will be slightly different.

• Price is not negotiable. We have already provide you the best price with authentic goods.

• Once payment made, no refund is allow
• We will ship your parcel on time. We do not responsible for any delay cause by courier or the custom.We do not responsible for any return/reject items from your local courier or custom due to your country policies. Please check with it if necessary.
• To resend the return parcel again, shipping fees is apply. This is charge by the courier, not us.

• We reserve the rights to extend our pre-order date if we didn't meet the said Minimum Order Quantity of our supplier

• Pre-order may takes about 3-5 weeks to arrives after our closing date. Upon purchasing through our Spree, you are agreeing to the required period of waiting.

• We reserve the right to make any changes on our website, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.

• We will ship your items out on the next working days once we receive it. We know you can't wait for it :)

• We reserved the rights to change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales
#Return item Policy
• We always triple check product (item code,shipping address,etc) before send it out to you. If there is anything goes wrong with your parcel, such as wrong item code/power or degree, email us immediately
• Claims for return item must be made within 7 days of receipt of item.
• Returned goods must be in original condition (not worn or open the container). Please also send back the original packaging. We do not responsible for the shipping charges whether is for returning package or resending package. Shipping fees will never be refund as this is charge by the couriers, not us.
• You must send an email to us to inform before return the items to us. Otherwise we would not entertain those return without notification.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchange to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive exchanges.
